For each vacant position our customer will receive an elaborated specification in order to check whether we understood his job definitions, company organization and his overall understanding of the search activity.
For each candidate to be proposed to our customers we provide an elaborated description of the candidate and the respective professional and personal background, which are result of at least two individual qualification meetings conducted by two of our partners.
Each candidate to be proposed to our customers will receive a verified written job specification combined with the setting of a task which has to be submitted before the first meeting with the customer.
We do not only rate candidates for the actually vacant position, but also conduct, if required, an initial assessment on individual potentials to suggest additional activities to our customers, to develop a candidate beyond the actually required qualifications before the candidate enters into the new position: we name this integrated human resources development.
We only present candidates to our customers who made it into our treasury executives 53°- data base – thus making sure that all relevant criteria were checked in advance and prompt reaction is possible.
